I have been seeing Anita for over a year now. I had a rather prickly problem with hair on my chin,which was really knocking my confidence. Initially I would see her once a week for Electrolysis so that she could really tackle the problem. I was a little red at first but Anita assured me that this was all quite normal, no pain no gain! And a year on my chin feels like its never had a problem. Its a joy not to have to keep plucking and shaving, and its all down to Anita with her care and attention.
Not only has she got vast experience in her field, but has a wealth of knowledge in many things and has also removed a funny old wart on my back, and is soon to remove some thread veins on my chin, all for the better! Many BIG thanks to Anita for all her care and attention, always a joy to see and a pleasure to know.

Having previously tried laser hair removal, which was ineffective and very expensive, I was delighted to have found Anita. I trust her judgement without question. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and treats me as an individual. After years of trying to tackle embarrassing facial hair on my own, it was just getting worse and had begun to affect my self-confidence. I suffer from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and have spent that past 10 years of my life doing everything to disguise and remove my very unwanted facial hair. Methods including, bleaching, waxing, tweezing, shaving, depilatory creams and laser treatment. Although unhappy with my facial hair, I was managing. A year ago, I began to notice the hairs getting stronger, thicker and tougher to remove. This encouraged me to search the internet for any new methods of permanent hair removal. I came across electrolysis, an old method of hair removal but one I had feared of. However, from my very first meeting, Anita being a very experience electrologist, gentle and caring person, put me at ease.
Honestly speaking electrolysis is not painful. Electrolysis does feel a little uncomfortable, almost like each hair were being tweezed very slowly, however, Anita’s gentle voice during treatment makes the time fly by and sessions more comfortable. I have been treated by Anita for four months now and have seen a significant difference in the area of treatment, with hairs appearing finer and more sparse.
Anita’s love for the comfort of each of her clients makes her a unique electrologist. She is skilful and very educated, making sure she is up-to-date with the latest technologies in hair removal and skin care. I am so grateful and lucky to have found someone as gifted as Anita for the treatment of my facial hair. She is the type of professional you can only hope to meet.
